The Collaboration
At Hakon, we’ve always believed matcha is more than an ingredient — it’s an experience, a philosophy, a connection to land, labor, and lineage.
After years of curating matcha from across Japan, we wanted our collaborations to embody more than just quality. Each one must represent shared values — intention, craftsmanship, and respect for tradition.
This is where our path aligned with Hasegawa Ei Seichajyo, a sixth-generation tea producer from Uji whose dedication to handpicked, shade-grown, and stone-milled matcha mirrors our own pursuit of depth and meaning in every cup.
