The Collaboration

At Hakon, we’ve always believed matcha is more than an ingredient — it’s an experience, a philosophy, a connection to land, labor, and lineage.

 

After years of curating matcha from across Japan, we wanted our first collaboration to reflect more than quality. It had to represent shared values, intention, and respect for tradition.

 

This is where our path aligned with Hasegawa Ei Seichajyo.
