Discovering Japanese Cuisine
Hakon was founded by a team of food enthusiasts who fell in love with the simplicity and elegance of Japanese cuisine. Our journey began with a trip to Japan, where we were inspired by the traditional dishes and drinks we encountered. We realized that there was a lack of authentic Japanese cafes in our area and set out to create a space that would bring the best of Japanese culture to our community.
